studied and this information is coordinated with your design
architect and then developed with your contractor so that the
entire project is optimized for you intended use.

Horner Consulting can study any portion that needs project
management such as Engineering Strategy, Cost Analysis, Surveying,
Bid analysis,
Planning and Dispute Resolution.

| I have a Designer or Architect, who else
do I need?
Many architects do not follow the completion of a construction
project. Though they may offer Project Management
services, most are not equipped with the experience in the
complex and difficult issues of bidding and dispute resolution
with Contractors
where Horner Consulting does.
